Consultants Can Now Login Using Username and Password!
Dear Dubai Traffic Customers: Consultants can now access the Dubai Traffic Engineering System through the Consultant Login option by providing their registered username and password. Simply select Consultant Login and enter your credentials to securely access the system and continue with your applications and services.
Internal Users Can Now Login Using IAM!
Dear Dubai Traffic Internal Users: Internal users can now securely access the Dubai Traffic Engineering System using IAM authentication. Select the Internal Login option on the login page and proceed with your IAM credentials. This provides a secure and simplified login experience based on your assigned internal roles and permissions.
Update Organization Chart – Traffic Department
Dear Consultants,Please be informed that an updated organization chart must be submitted to the Traffic Department via murasalat@rta.ae.
Attachment Size Increased from 150 MB to 250 MB!
Dear Dubai Traffic Customers: You can now upload up to 250 MB of documents for each application. The total attachment limit includes all documents uploaded throughout the complete approval cycle. Please note that the maximum size allowed for a single document remains subject to the configured individual file-size limit.
